Delivery Policy

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery will only be initiated after receiving 100% of the invoice amount in cash. In the case of Bank Cheques or other instruments, delivery will be executed after encashment or funds are received in the assigned bank account.
  2. The product price includes the assembling cost within Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and Lahore. However, prices are subject to change without prior notice and at the discretion of Enza Home Pakistan. Any increase in General Sales Tax or the Dollar rate will be charged extra.
  3. Delivery time for in-stock goods is 5-7 business days within Islamabad/Rawalpindi and Lahore. In the case of non-stocked goods, the sales representative will update the delivery date at the time of order booking. The general import lead time is 90-150 days.
  4. Professional assemblers will be sent for furniture assembling within 2-3 business days after the delivery. Any change in the agreed date/time may cause additional expenses to be paid before assembling. Deliveries & assembling of furniture outside Islamabad/Lahore may take 7-10 working days.
  5. For Import/available on order-based products, 70% of the invoice will be paid by the customer upon booking, and the remaining amount should be paid in full before the delivery of the goods. The lead time for such purchases keeps changing between 90-150 days.
  6. The lead/delivery time for available items is 14-21 business days outside Islamabad / Rawalpindi / Lahore. The lead time for available-to-order items is 90-150 days subject to no political and natural disasters.
  7. Shipment/delivery charges are as per standard and will be conveyed to the customer by Enza Home Pakistan representative by phone/email upon booking an order.
  8. Enza Home Pakistan is responsible for the delivery and assembling of the items. In case the customer wishes to use their commute for delivery, the company will not be responsible for any damages incurred.
  9. Warehouse charges: If the customer fails to take delivery of goods/products within a week of the intimation date, 2% per month of the price of undelivered goods will be payable as storage charges.
  10. Once the delivery is made, there is no return/change/exchange/cancellation possible.
